Kunming Coal (KMC), L & L, through its coal consolidator and
wholesaler Kunming Coal engages in the consolidation and sales of
burning and coking coals, primarily for industrial uses. Acquired by L&L
in October 2006, KMC is located in Kunming City in the Southwest
region of China. They maintain longstanding relationships with a
number of regional coal mining companies and suppliers, allowing it to
aggregate and prepare millions of tons of coal for sale each year at its
wholesale facility.

advanced loading and railroad facilities.

Tai Fung
Formed in 2011, Tai Fung is L&L’s second foray into coal wholesale
and distribution in Yunnan Province. Tai Fung will move 100,000 tons
of coal annually for the Company. Tai Fung will also include L&L Hong
Xing washing facility, which is currently being expanded to 600,000
tons of annual production
