the American coal industry.
L&L’s team consists of experienced professionals who utilize their
extensive knowledge in the U.S. accounting practices and mining
safety practice, M&A techniques, and bilingual skills to focus on high
margin coal operations in the People’s Republic of China. The

rising coal prices of the growing Chinese economy. The company

L&L is in its 15th year of operation, with over 1,000 employees and
marketing offices in Seattle and Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong
and Taipei. Through its subsidiaries, the Company operates
profitable coal mines, coal wholesale, coking, and coal-washing

US investing interest in Bowie Mine located at Paonia, Colorado,

The company’s team -- fluent in Mandarin and English -- continues
to acquire controlling interests in profitable coal-related entities in
China, using its U.S mining network, and its public trading prestige
and extensive China in-country experience.

environmentally friendly measures to make the company even more
competitive. Working with its global partners and arbitrage between
US and China’s coal pricing advantage, L&L is positioned to grow
